From the Adidas Centennial Olympic Collection - Limited Edition 

Beautiful sweatshirt, striped detail on the arms. Embroidered/Patch detail on the front and back. Embroidered Adidas Spellout on the arm. Heavy cotton, with minimal flaws for its age, small black mark on the back has been pictured. 

Would be a class addition to an Adidas collection, such a beaut sweatshirt.
